About the game

A God of War entry developed by Santa Monica Studio, released on PS4 and PS5 in November 2022, with a PC version in 2024. A sequel to 2018's God of War, it follows Kratos and Atreus across the Nine Realms of Norse myth as Ragnarök, the end of the world, approaches. Combat switching between the Leviathan Axe and the Blades of Chaos is a highlight.

Why we recommend it

The finale of the Norse saga, combining a story centered on Kratos and his son Atreus with weighty axe combat.

Good for — Great for: anyone who loves action-adventures with cinematic presentation and hard-hitting combat
