About the game
A hack-and-slash roguelike where you play Zagreus, prince of the Underworld in Greek myth, trying to escape his father Hades' domain. You combine 'Boons' from the gods of Olympus to build different powers each run. When you die, you return to the Underworld, but each time the story continues through conversations with the characters. It's known for fast, satisfying combat and characters full of personality.
Why we recommend it
Its story advances every time you die, making even failure fun. It's practically the textbook roguelike.
Good for — Great for: anyone who wants fast action and a strong story together
