About the game

Square Enix's fantasy MMORPG, relaunched in 2013 as A Realm Reborn, a remake of the original 2010 release. The main story continuing across each expansion rivals the mainline series in both length and presentation. You can switch between and level multiple jobs on a single character. In Korea, it's available through a separate Korean service (PC).

Why we recommend it

You can enjoy an epic story worthy of the Final Fantasy series in MMORPG form, which is why it's often singled out as the go-to MMO for story.

Good for — Great for: anyone who wants both a strong story and raiding with others
